The is the Neath Music gallery. We have plenty of adventures because, as well as running a music school, we also get out and about. We run a professional audio business that provides sound systems and audio professionals for live events. We’ve been all over the world in fact, working with bands and theatre productions of all kinds.
Just play it twice Alvin, pretend it’s jazz!
Music shops are really handy for rehearsals. God bless Rowlands for this one.
Electric guitars are just great!
Friends Electric at the Heaven club in London. 3rd best sound system I’ve used – Funktion One.
Church acoustic gigs are awesome. Paper Aeroplanes, Cardiff June 2014.
It’s probably an A next Dicky J – I’d go with an A!
Len Williams is probably the best frontman in the game – but don’t tell him we said so.
Blow gentlemen, blow! Fat Barry’s Brass.
Dean Gorno – rocking at the Heaven club.
The very excellent Mr Steve Lawson at Neath Music in 2013.
Gordon Giltrap. Neath Little Theatre. 14th June 2014. He was a real gentleman.
Angus, our part timer. He’s in charge of Koala-ty control!
Christmas 2013 at the Gwyn Hall with Fat Barry’s Soul Band
New drum kits, old drum kits…
Somerset house in the heart of London – Blondie were headlining and Debbie Harry was really cool to us.
Skin – You can’t beat ’80s hair rock. My tom reverbs were awesome!
No reverb required on the vocals in Brecon Cathedral.
A Foreigner’s Journey. Amazing Journey tribute band. Out came the ’80s reverbs!
King Tuts in Glasgow. We’ve played here a few times and loved every one.
The Fat Barry-ettes, and a very focussed Dicky J
I know the PA department looks small but we keep all the posh stuff out back.
