Guitar and bass setups

We offer guitar and bass repairs and setups in Neath. There are multiple adjustments that can affect the play-ability of a guitar or electric bass. Neck angle, saddle height, and intonation are just a few. To make things more complicated, each adjustment affects each of the other adjustments so it takes a lot of knowledge and experience to get them all working in um…harmony! We’ve been performing guitar and bass repairs and setups in Neath for over 30 years and we rarely fail to make a noticeable improvement to how an instrument plays. Even with such small adjustments, the transformation from a badly-set-up instrument to one that plays properly is quite startling. Many instruments – even quite expensive ones – arrive from the factory quite poorly set up. That’s where we come in.

Give us a few days with your beloved instrument, along with a new set of your chosen strings, and we’ll work our magic for you!
